On a recent trip, friends of mine brought me a care package from Suomi filed with pasties. I was so excited to get home and throw one in the oven. These are some of the best I've ever had. I'm so happy!
Best blueberry pancakes I have ever eaten. Really nice people there and the atmosphere is relaxing. Finnish comfort food at its best.
