Beautiful store. We have purchased from here before. Walked in to buy a table and overhead light and the first thing we see are employees not wearing masks. Don't even have one around their neck. If they don't care about the safety of their customers, I don't care if I go somewhere else. Which we did. Immediately. Both our losses really.
High quality furniture with helpful and friendly staff. More of a rustic modern vibe than contemporary here, although you can get the more modern options in their showroom next door.nnThis place was surprisingly large and featured items for every room of your house! If they don't have exactly what you need on the showroom floor, they'll assist in ordering that custom item for you (however expect a wait time). The staff was incredibly warm, helpful, & courteous. They followed up promptly & made sure our needs were met.nnThe only odd thing I noticed: staff didn't regularly wear masks, despite the sign on the door requiring customers to do so (I shopped in early January 2021). Slightly concerning, as I'd prefer anyone indoors to follow government-mandated orders & wear a mask for others (especially employees), but not enough to not shop here.
Amazing customer service. Unfortunately due to a snafu with the shipping company, the order did not arrive as promised. I called Woodland Creek, immediately talked to a live person, and they were so helpful. I spoke with Felicia in shipping and she was well-informed and sympathetic about the situation. They immediately agreed to just issue a refund, no argument. Even though I didn’t get my product, I was still impressed by the customer service and respect I received from this company.
Amazing use of wood and other natural materials for furniture. I have a wishlist.
We ordered a Reclaimed Wood Vanity, received it last week. The craftmanship is beautiful, love it! Can't wait to get it installed. The customer service of Woodland is top notch. Responded to inquiries right away and treated me with respect and felt valued. Would purchase from them again.
