My entire experience with Lapeer Furniture was amazing. I never once stepped foot in the store which was very convenient for me. I did everything over the phone starting with placing my item in the layaway and making all of the payments. When my item was delivered the gentlemen were very nice and professional. I would highly recommend Lapeer Furniture & Mattress Center to anyone interested in purchasing furniture. They're also very reasonable too. *update* since this review I have been inside the store and made a purchase. Same great experience!
They were very polite and accommodating. Dan had no problems matching the prices online and he even took the area rug I bought, out to my car for me.nBrandon was able to get me a 20 yr warranty for my adjustable base instead of the 10 yr one from their competitor. UPDATE: ***Delivery only 3 stars! *** I've had my bed and adjustable base for 4 days now and I LOVE it! HOWEVER, the delivery guys were less than professional to say the least. They put the bed height at the highest level without asking or explaining that it can be adjusted. So now we've had to take it back apart and readjusted it. Also, they were going to either throw away or keep for themselves the sliders that go at bottom of the feet so it doesn't scrap the floor. Not by accident either. One gave them to the other and said to take them out with him. So yeah.
Brought my father here October of 2020, ordered 2 end tables and coffee table was told it would be delivered in February. Here we are in March still no set date of delivery last were told it could be JUNE 2021. My father has tried to call and follow up with the salesman and is told he is out of the office and will call back and never receives a call back. If want to receive your furniture in a reasonable amount of time definitely would not recommend this store.
Beautiful furniture to pick from, staff is so friendly and welcomes you and tells you of the deals. They where kind enough to warn us of the extended wait on things being shipped but still gave as much help needed to see what all they have
Been buying furniture from Lapeer furniture for years always been good up until now. Every room in my house is from Lapeer furniture last November I ordered an expensive mattress a hybrid by the end of December middle of December the mattress started Buckling in different spots so I called them sent pictures they exchange the mattress for the same kind because I wanted the hybrid in January it started doing the same thing call them again they told me to come in pick out a mattress. So I did The mattress that I picked out is a different One the price of the new mattress was $50 more than the other two I talk to a manager about this I didn’t feel that I had to pay the $50 extra even though it was a different mattress because of what I went through two mattresses within four months, he said no we can’t do that so to say the least I’m a little upset all the money I haveSpent at Lapeer furniture and They couldn’t compensate me in anyway shape or form. So I will not be buying any more furniture from Lapeer furniture and For me that is sad because I love the furniture but I don’t feel I was treated right I don’t feel anyone tried to help me the day I went in to pick out the new mattress the girl that help me with the other two mattresses she could’ve been no more interested then I don’t know what so goodbye Lapeer furniture.
