Let me say that Mattress Firm gave my wife and I the best sales experience! We were greeted warmly. Holly, who was our sales person, went above and beyond to help us get the best bed for us within our budget. And her cohort Kevin helped to aid us in making our decision. We are truly grateful for all their help. If you want friendly service and are in need of a need Mattress, Mattress Firm is the way to go!

Holly was amazing! We explained our issues, concerns and our wants, she was so knowledgeable and helpful. She didn’t try to push us or add all the extras, she was honest and we are extremely happy with our purchase. We are excited for our new mattress and base to be delivered. Customer service at this mattress firm location was fantastic.

In dealing with the staff at Mattress Firm in Flint, I give them 5 stars. Holly made me feel confident in my purchase. She was honest and friendly, which made me trust that she had my best interest in mind. I contacted her multiple times when dealing with my warranty, and each time she was very knowledgeable and made sure the paperwork was completed correctly.nnI docked a star only for my experience with my first mattress purchase. I purchased online and within a month, the mattress sank in horribly. I would hope that Mattress Firm uses quality products when making their mattresses, but that first purchase made me question that. Because of my warranty I was able to get a refund, however it broke my trust in some of their mattresses.nnDespite my first experience, Holly in Flint made me feel confident in purchasing another mattress from Mattress Firm, and regained my trust.

Cherie Huddleston was great from the moment we walked in the store . She greeted us with a smile and so much knowledge. I really appreciate all the time she spent with us to help us make the best decision.. she had a lot of knowledge about the mattress. I work in customer service and it was so refreshing receiving such excellent service . Excellent customer service is a dying skill but Cherie displays that excellent still exists. I hope she is still there when I purchase my next mattress in ten years.
