I just wasted 5 minutes looking at hot tubs to not even be able to get a price on anything. I don't know who sets up a website to show their product without prices nobody wants to message you and wait for a phone call for your sales pitch or for you to tell somebody some obscene price on a hot tub. You guys really got it together good job ud83eudd26

I have been a Lifestyles customer for 24 years. Great customer service and great products. BUT, this pandemic has turned a great company into a sad one that over promises and under delivers. I was told for sure 6 weeks on a new tub....on the outside, 10 weeks. I think I am going on 12 weeks and the very hard to get a hold of salesperson has no clue when the tub will be shipping. So, if you are shopping for a hot tub and get the 6-10 week line, just remember that it is probably coming from an under trained salesperson that wants the sale and not a long term customer.
Limited number of display models, so it's hard to recommend them at all during the pandemic. I get the feeling it would be a better place if they hadn't sold all their floor models. Without being able to climb into a tub to check it out, you may as well but online!
Im going to call him hot tub guy because im terrible with names, but he exceeds all expectations of what customer service should be! He is so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and because of him, we will not go anywhere else for our pool and spa chemicals!
