I was a Sleep Number first timer, and my salesperson (Kevin) provided such a relaxing and insightful visit. He was thorough in explaining the benefits of a Sleep Number mattress. I never felt rushed or pressured to purchase anything. I am anxiously awaiting my mattress delivery and highly recommend you visit the Flint, MI store and ask for Kevin!

Great experience at the store. Morgan was very knowledgeable and patient. Store was clean and well organized. Love the products. Finding pillows that we love was a bonus!

was a bit weird laying on all those beds in a dept store fully clothed, but the sales associate made us feel at ease. All in all we'd give our guy a 10 for his help, and explaining everything to us... as well as making us fell comfortable trying out all the beds, EACH TIME adjusting the settings so we could compare. Thanx guys
