Wonderful experience, 10/10 would recommend. My mans Floyd orchestrated the most exquisite sales of all time. He was my guiding light to the most extraordinary couch I’ve ever laid my eyes on. I was floored. It not only felt like I was sitting in cloud 9, but heaven itself. It’s as if the pearly gates opened up and there was the couch. We laid eyes upon each other an knew! Floyd is absolutely an apostle of furniture.

I had the best experience EVER in shopping at any store.. especially furniture. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Aubrey Buckley. She is amazing!! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and a great sales person. Her energy and positive attitude completely left me with a wonderful purchase and a big smile. You can tell that she loves what she do. Value City will be successful here with employees like Aubrey Buckley.

Absolutely loved the store! I am all about the Glam and Glitter in the new sets! Its so exciting to see such fashionable furniture all in one place. I did not buy... yet but I was pleased to be greeted so pleasantly and left to shop on my own. I appreciate the salesperson following up as well so I can bring home the info I need to make my decision!

The new Value City furniture store was great to shop at, it was beautiful and fun to look through. I highly recommend Nancy the salesperson who helped me to find the right sofa and dresser. She was friendly and so helpful, I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. She helped make the shopping experience a breeze. I will definitely be back and ask for Nancy next time I need furniture. I am very happy with my purchases.

They had beautiful furniture in all price ranges. They have the best mirrors and lamps! Nice selection of bedroom sets for kids too. Unfortunately we did not find a bedroom set in the style we were looking for, but they did have a nice selection. We will definitely check out the store again in the near future.
