Omar was very helpful and very low pressure. Explained the sales and offers well and was very accommodating answering our questions. Update April 2021. After an issue was resolved we have all of our furniture and TV. The managers and store were very accommodating in resolving the minor issue for us. The delivery teams were great when the furniture was delivered. Very professional and courteous. We will definitely use this store in the future for our furniture needs. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

Great experience! Wonderful sales person, Brittany. She answered all of my questions and even directed me to a better option that works great in my space. I was able to get my purchase within 48 hours as well! Brittany was very personable and easy going as well as the rest of the staff. I will definitely come back and recommend this location and BRITTANY! She was Awesome.

I love the customer service in this store. The furniture quality is amazing and the designs are very elegant and trendy. Charles at the Flint Linden location was awesome! My husband and I just purchased a new house and we gave away all our furniture to start over new. We came in with a full list of needs from one room of our home to the next. Charles greeted us at the door and helped us furnish our entire home. Living room, bedroom, and kids rooms. He was very patient with us as he sifted through all of our needs, wants and indecisiveness. He gave us the best deals he possibly could to save us money and he was very knowledgeable and transparent on shipment times and availability. I couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson. I will be going back soon for more accent items. I definitely recommend Ashley furniture and Charles as a salesperson hands down.

We had a great experience shopping for bedroom furniture! We loved our customer service representative (Sharon). She was amazing at her job and made certain we were able to purchase exactly what we wanted. We could not believe our furniture was delivered later the same day after we made our purchase. Delivery men were polite and courteous. All around...a great experience!

She showed us around the entire store, showing us anything and everything we wanted to look at and paid close attention to every detail regarding what we were looking for.nShe found us exactly what we wanted, got everything in order and got us all set up with all the info we needed regarding our purchase.nShe even stayed past her scheduled work shift to help us!nI’ll definitely get a hold of her again when I buy more furniture!nAwesome store!
