Absolutely easy and pleasant to deal with..I was indecisive and my daughter was having issues which exact mattress she wanted and the staff was not pushy they patiently waited and even helped me get approval for the deals they have going on! Thank you so much Bailey!!!! Super awesome experience! Much better then my experience from the furniture store across the street!!
My experience with the store 65 was horrible! They were rude, short and abrupt! They gave me the run around about a chest that I had gotten from they're store that had the bottom busted out of it. The manager Lavon gave me the run around an Blake wasn't any better. The issue was that I did my setup at the Flint store so that's where I needed to voice my complaints. Well they could of said that in the first place instead of having me send pics to they're store in Lansing. However the manager Jess at the Flint location was extremely helpful and helped me rectify the situation with no problem. I really appreciate her time, effort and concern. I will be making the Flint location my store for future purchases. Jess thanks so much! You're AMAZING!
Jess was wonderful and so was everyone else. I couldn’t decide on a dining room table. Once I finally figured out what I wanted, she made sure that it was available for me. I get my table set tomorrow and can’t wait to set it up! I will definitely be back soon! Thanks you guys !
Very friendly staff. Answered every question we had with no problem. Amazing service that I would recommend to anyone. We purchased our couch and mattress through them and we're very satisfied. Thank you.
I enjoyed the experience. Watch the wording in your contract if you're financing, I had a brief brush up with the finance company due to misleading wording in the contract. Jess was a great help sorting that whole mess out and I appreciate the length she went to make it right. Overall it's still been a great experience, and I'd likely return to do business here in the future.
