Lori is such an amazing massage therapist. She has such a calming presence. Whenever I leave my body feels relaxed, rejuvenated, and my mind clear. It's like she has reset my body and mind. In a world of being crazy busy, it's important to have someone like Lori that can put your body at ease and focus your mind.
Lori is an excellent masseuse. She has taught me how to do dry brushing which increases lymphatic drainage and boosts the immune system. I appreciate all I have learned from Lori on health, nutrition, stretching, yoga, muscles and fascia. If you have not been to one of her educational classes ask her about them.
