Richards Appliance and Bedding

Not many places still carry parts for appliances which makes it hard to work on them with quick results. I found Richard's Appliance and Bedding and all I can say is I love it! They carry parts so I can actually work on my own stuff with a quick turnaround!

I called for service on my dryer in September, Scott was out in just a couple days. Had the dryer fixed within 1/2 an hour. In December my washer needed some repair. Scott was there within 2 days and had my washer fixed in 20 minutes. Very happy with their service and repairs. Always friendly and polite.

Feb., 2021 I was referred to Richard's Appliance for a used oven knob as mine had broken. Although I ended up not needing one, I can't remember the last time I met such kind hearted, thoughtful people! I definitely reccomend Richards...they have some beautiful headboards, mattresses, and of course new ovens ud83dude0a Thanks hun!

Very disappointed in Richards. Bad communication as far as the length of time to get a new microwave, took 4 times calling before they finally admitted that it hadn't been shipped yet. If it takes 3 weeks, that's fine but just tell me that so I can plan. I was told they had plenty and it would be in within a week. Will not be purchasing anything further from them after the microwave delivers. It's a shame, we try to shop local and had purchased a new set of appliances from them a few years back and that transaction went reasonably well

Terrible service!! Built-in microwave is worse then before they came out!! Let me just say I am one to support local any chance I get so I chose to buy a set of appliances couple years back for our old house. Nothing but problems with the dishwasher from day one! They did nothing accept put the blame on plumbing/ venting/ everything accept their product. We changed everything they asked and still the same! Problem was never resolved, we got tired of calling them... so we dealt with it.nMoved on to new home where appliances were already provided, after couple months we were having some problems with microwave/oven combo microwave would not always heat up. So we calle for service and they came out said we needed new hinges on microwave, they ordered them came back out couple months later after receiving them and spent about an 1hr trying to install them. Had alot of the unti tore down. So service guy says i can not fix this sorry put it back together and left. I found couple left over screws on the floor didn't think a lot about it figured he had extras, next time we went to use microwave I noticed the door was catching on something when we would open and close it, something wasn't right and it definitely was not that way before he came out. Also now it would not heat up food 90% if the time. So we called them and asked them to come out and just make it the way it was before they showed up.nAfter numerous calls by myself and my wife they said they will NOT come out and make it right! They said it can't be fixed and they are not coming out. . Again all I asked was to make it the same as it was before they showed up!! Not to much.nWill Never use them or buy from them again and I Highly do not recommend anyone using them with that kind of customer service and care.
