Drove past the site several times as it's in a small grove of trees surrounded by corn fields about a hundred feet off roadside with no sign and no drive. Once there it was awesome with a wrought iron fence, the main monolith surrounded by original gravestones, all but one flat on the ground and being overgrown, I found five gravestones, including one of an infant in the corner.
For sure it's on private property, but there are no signs or gates. So it's very easy to park just off a field approach and walk right in. This was made for a single family, the Merritts, and there are really only a few stones here- but they are large! Certainly there are more than 5 people buried here, and the monolith in the center probably lists most of them. Though small, very cool to see and along a lonely tree-lined road.
