Best bakery in st Joseph! They also have unique pastries each week. I’ve known the owners a long time and they are the nicest people, stop by on a farmers market day!
Don't know where to start to tell what is the best!nEverything is made from scratch and even better than what you get in Europe. Tried last summer the quiches and fruit tarts. The pastry of them already is to die for. Tasty, crusty and flaky at the same time. And the toppings just delish. The cannelés are better than what I got here in Europe. They sell their goods on the farmers market and people can special order. Also tried the Beesting cake. Looking forward to my next visit to the States to get some more of their goodies!

Suisse Chalet Bakery has the best sweet and savory pastries. I love going to the farmers market in Saint Joseph to get my Kouign Amann.
