Good place for home improvement. They do a good job for a big box store. They are better for some things than other BB stores and not as good for some things. Over the years I have figured out where to go for my need.
Recent purchase of Anderson Series 3000 storm door special order. Benton Harbor Store Associate Alvina was exceptonal in her product knowledge and her patience in answering our questions. She spent ample time with us while also taking calls and dealing with other customers and staff with the same friendly and courteous attitude. The customer service we received from Alvina was exceptional. Home Depot is fortunate to have her as part of their team.

They definitely don't hire rocket scientist, took 3 guys to run a fork truck an half an hour. I did more of there work than they did
Didn't have assortment of oscillating tools it was a waste to go there I'm going to keep that in mind next time
