I stopped going here a few years back because I didn't like the service. Today when I went there I had an awesome experience because of Monte. He helped me with my microwave, he loaded it on the cart, cashed me out and loaded it in my car for me. What a great employee they have. I will be back because of Monte. Thank you for a great, stress free experience.

Purchased a Freezer, salesman did not provide me with important information Freezer only comes with two shelves. Extra shelves run $72.00 each. Need 3 more. Said I should have know this. I have purchased freezer in the past and they always came with shelving. Also Done with Whirlpool.

I am a US Air Force veteran and never have I gone to the register and ask for a military discount and they told me I could not get it unless I went online and applied for it. Well and Lowe's in Grand rapids they pull out a placard just for veterans scan it thanking me for my service discount included. This location is nothing like Grand rapids Lowes!

Not even 5 months after getting new carpet installed from here, it needs to be replaced because of poor workmanship when installing it. The carpet is loose in many spots, had missing spots (holes in the carpet), and the trimming did not cover the edges of the carpet well. Today while vacuuming we pulled it up and now our carpet is damaged badly. The installation guy was nice as can be but he definitely needed some help to install it better.

Bought a fridge. They deliverd it. It was a complicated process in the store. They said that the fridge would be delivered between 10am-12pm. I waited 4 weeks for delivery which was fine. I moved my schedule around at work to ensure I would be available in that time block. Then they called me the day of delivery and told me it would be delivered between 3pm-6pm. I had to work 3pm to 11pm that night so that wouldn't work.nnI explained my situation to the delivery driver and he hurried to be able to get here by 1:30pm. I was very impressed with that driver. If it wasn't for him I would have given this store a much lower rating.
