The staff at this place was remarkable! Fast service, immediate action and call backs, and a solid display of the selection and knowledge of items they sell. I felt like I was visiting an old friend when I walked into the place. Very friendly, and gave me ample time to make my decision. Not like some of those furniture stores where they follow you around and try to sell you the most expensive item! I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs a quality mattress at an amazing price.
Micheal and Michele are absolutely the best people I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Not only are they great, but they are 100% honest, dependable, reliable, but all around the most genuine people to be around let alone doin business with. They know their products inside and out, very knowledgeable about each mattress or pillow. Their attention to detail in the store and listening to the customers needs was so important and meant a bunch to me. The experience at their establishment is just simply the best and very professional the entire time there. Having a great experience at a business is what most people look forward to when buying things and you will definitely have that with Michael and Michele, but it don’t stop there. They treat you like a friend and Ike you’ve known them for decades. Customer service was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced before and it continued after I purchase the product. Follow ups and just caring people to see how things are going means a lot. I will always from now on be a customer of Mattress By Appointment and a friend of Michael and Michele’s. If I could give 100 stars I would.
I am so happy to see this locally owned and operated family business expand within the Bangor area and beyond. They are able to work within your budget while also providing a great selection of inventory to choose from while remaining in that budget. I originally purchased with Mattress by Appointment to provide a bed for my guest room. I also work closely with families who are either starting from scratch or just ready to invest in better accommodations for their family living arrangements. Everyone that I have sent to shop with them has had a great experience. With options to work within in a budget, or even to get the best product for your dollar, along with great customer service I am thankful to have Mattress By Appointment for my own purchases as well as being able to provide this option to others. Needless to say I am pleased with my purchase and pleased with the service they have provided to anyone I have sent to shop. Thank You to the team at Mattress By Appointment you guys are great.
My husband and I were in serious need of a new mattress. We called Jason and he was very flexible with appointment times and knowledgeable about his products. We were able to get a mattress that was comfortable at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Mattress By Appointment and would use them again in a heart beat.
Highly recommend! I am a returning customer and extremely happy with my mattresses from MBA. Not only are the mattresses great but the customer service that Mike provided is top of the line (something you don't see much of anymore). The prices are amazing too. When I shopped to compare prices I couldn't believe how much more expensive the bigger stores were. In some cases, the cost was double!
