It's best buy. Typically a consistent experience where people are helpful. they have instituted a new system where upon entry if you know that you will need help tell them and they will put you on a wait list for someone to assist you thus providing a controlled environment for social distancing for their associates and customers. Plan ahead for this and your visit will be great.
Never a bad experience at the Bangor Best Buy in the 20+ years we have been shopping here! The staff is always friendly and helpful and they never try to pressure you into a purchase. They were great when we went in this week to purchase a new desktop PC for my husband and they were equally as awesome when I bought my iMac there last year.
This review is specifically for Bethany in cell phones. My husband and I bought new phones, and unfortunately it took 24 hours to activate and transfer files from my old phone to my new one. Bethany was incredibly accommodating and went out of her way to help us. That Saturday she was the only one working that section and had double booked appointments but that didn't affect her lovely personality and good manner.
Associate was willing to help even though I didn't ask always polite
The folks here are super helpful. I came for a Geek Squad appointment and after consultation decided not to repair and aging iPad. Basically good to have experts to talk through the issues and since the extended warranty had already expired it would cost more to repair than replace. I did spend a lot of time browsing the Apple selection there as well.
