I ordered parts online and received an email saying my order was ready. I sent my daughter to pick up the parts I ordered and the woman at customer service was rude to her and told her to go find the parts herself because the woman couldn't find the order. I will drive the extra 2 miles to Home Depot. Customer Service is much more professional.
Terrible service and quality! After researching circular saws for weeks I decided to get a Kobalt. The Kobalt on paper seemed to be a great deal; electric brake, Magnesium deck and guard, rafter hook, LED lights, and a quick set bevel. Once I got in my car I took out the circular saw. Everything was great until I tried the bevel, its' 45° setting was off by 11°. I brought it to the service desk wanting cash or store credit, and just come back another day. Once I've figured out witch saw I want instead. But the man at the service desk told me he wouldn't give me cash or store credit, that I can only swap it for another saw. Now I have a tool I haven't even researched and don't want. The worst part is, after looking up their return policy, I found out he was lying. Their return policy says I have 90 days to return a product, and will receive cash or store credit with proof of purchase. Very disappointed in their service. I did not appreciate being pressured into buying a tool I don't want. I will not be returning to this store.
Last visit three people helped us find a paper towel holder without hearing the word paper. Ugh walked for miles. Last visit painless, short and sweet.
