Zhao starts by feeling the muscles in your body to see where you need work. You can also tell her but she will know. She has no specific agenda unlike some who have a routine that they apply every time. A certain amount her a certain amount there. Instead she fixes you where you need it. I love to do 90 minutes and that never feels like enough! I highly recommend Zhao massage!
I loved my couples massage here. Jessica is a delight and so strong, she really supported me to work out the knots from my yoga practice. My husband also had a great experience.
Very, very good massage. Basic but clean space. She seemed to sense pretty well what I needed after a few minutes. She used hot stones during the last few minutes with no warning but I did not mind - not a ton of communication but that meant no fuss. Will go back.
