The team that did our move was PHENOMENAL. Speedy, careful, efficient, incredibly responsive and engaged. When we had a few last minute changes and unique needs they were totally flexible and understanding and met those challenges. I can't say enough good things. They were so fast we came in under time for the estimate (and therefore under budget!) and we were also able to arrange for them to haul away some old junk from our new home as part of their junk removal service. Can't say enough good things--they made our move so much easier and less stressful.
As the other reviewers stated these guys break things. On two different occasions they damaged our property while moving it. Not professional.
We called Tiny Tim's less than a week in advance and they were able to schedule us for a local move from storage to my apartment. Terry and Pat were wonderful, they showed up on time, were communicative, and efficient. They had all of my things moved in in less than 3 hours! Would recommend and will definitely be using them for future moves!
Oh I just love this company! From the first interaction to the last, they were awesome! Emailed them initially and Tim wrote right back and said to call his wife direct. VOICE ON VOICE action! Scheduling and working with them was no muss, no fuss. They were the best price I found and the movers Shawn and Kevin were very pleasant and worked their tails off in 80 degree weather. Do not hire this company unless you know what you're getting. They removed their mask within six feet of me indoors, gave attitude the whole time, asked uncomfortable questions, and broke a piece of furniture. When I brought this up to management they refunded me twenty bucks for something that will take several hundred to fix. Not helpful and slow, it took them about five hours to move a one bedroom. Not worth it.
