As a local I strongly recommend not making a visit to this store as the staff is unnecessarily rude - Visit Ethan Allen instead down the street for whatever you are looking for your home. Not only you will find it, but you’ll also interact with more of a qualified and quality staff.
Came to pick up my online order today. There were three guys associates working at the store this afternoon. Yet not one of them helped me to carry boxes into my car that was right next to the store. One guy just held the door and watched me carrying my boxes. What a shame!!!
I recently ordered a bed frame and dining table for the Portland, West Elm. Suzan was very helpful when picking out our items in store. We received the white glove delivery to our home and it was such a breeze! Would highly recommend this!
