Love Little! Such a cute store with unique clothes and gifts for kiddos. Due to COVID, I just ordered a gift for a friend via their web store and it came extremely quickly - also wrapped adorably, even via mail!

Staff was extremely friendly which was great. Their apparel is super adorable, beautiful & unique, HOWEVER, so so expensive. As in $60 for a crochet bonnet & $100 one-piece, etc. Good place to buy a high end gift or a special piece but not for every day shopping unless you have money to burn. Also I had a stroller and the store is on the small side, somewhat difficult to maneuver with a a stroller which is odd for a baby apparel store!

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. The last time I ordered from them they sent me the wrong order. When I brought this to their attention they were unapologetic, and basically informed me that I was to go out of my way to correct the situation. This companies customer service is some of the worst I’ve dealt with in today’s modern era. Please, please bring your business to stores that actually care about the consumer. These women are so wrapped up in themselves they do not care about the consumer, and charge astronomical prices for their items.

LOVED this place! Kudos to the buyer is who fills the store with some of the most incredible items I have seen for children. I was looking for a gift and the sales Lady (I wish I knew her name) was excellent. I told her my price and she gave me the perfect ideas! Trust me , we did not leave empty handed.

I ordered some toys on website.They sent me the defective item(rusted and doll fabric came off).I sent email with pictures. The seller reply me she doesn't think the item is not defective.Really???I told her I want to exchange the item to better condition also asked how they will handle shipping fee. NO respond. I will never order again on this website. Customer service is terrible.
