Over the weekend my wife and I headed back to Jordan’s Furniture. We had already purchased the ULTIMATE in a comfortable mattress!!!! This time around we were looking to refurnish our living room. A nice gentleman by the name of Nathan Sylvester greeted us as we walked into the area of living room furniture. Right up front I warned him that this may take a while. He said that would not be a problem at all and that buying the proper furniture shouldn’t be a rush job in the first place. We spent at least 1 1/2 hours with Nathan and the end result is just perfect for our needs!!!! Nathan is a very knowledgeable individual who seems only to be concerned with seeing his customers satisfaction. In short....if you are looking to replace your old furnishings or get set up in a new house....do yourself a favor and find this gentleman. You will not be disappointed that you did. Five star rating for Jordan’s Furniture as well as Nathan. Thank you.....you made our shopping experience a very positive one! We will see you again!

This was our 1st time to Jordan’s and it was a great experience. The store itself is open and arranged to be easy to navigate through. The store staff is non-intrusive but easy to spot and only made contact when we indicated that we were looking for assistance. Our sale representative, Natasha, was excellent! She was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable, clearly explained the fabric options and pricing, absolutely no pressure and she liked the picture of our Bulldog. We did buy exactly what we had intended to and a day later we’re very happy with our experience.

Great sales experience. Scott took the time to walk me around, answer questions and provide honest guidance as he got to know me. Inventory selection is great and he provided realistic time frames for delivery. I really appreciated that he didn't try to push me one way or another. I will 100% be going back for other furniture and will be recommending Jordan's to others.

Hayden B. Was wonderful! She listened to what our needs were and brought us through the items that matched them with patience and information we needed. The atmosphere was great. All employees we encountered where friendly and helpful without being overly attentive. Showroom was very clean and we felt comfortable and safe shopping in the store. Even my 9 year olds had fun! When we first walked in we were overwhelmed and felt that even if we spent hours in the store we wouldn’t be able to figure out what we needed and wanted. Our salesperson, Ryan Annis-Crawford politely introduced himself and proceeded to make the remainder of our time enjoyable and efficient. Most importantly he helped us to find exactly what we needed with knowledgeable advice and guidance. We are very happy with our purchases and will request Ryan by name anytime we go back to Jordan’s!
