The service at this furniture store is superb. If I could give it 100 stars I would. Our sales person Paul, was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable and patient with us. I would recommend this retail store to anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional customer service. We will certainly be back to buy other items as we need them.
My husband and I just had the nicest furniture buying experience at the South Portland Furniture Superstore. The assistance from Monika Willis was top notch. There was zero pressure but tons of knowledge and advice. I greatly appreciated her aesthetic opinions! She took the time to listen to us and view photos of our living room and help make sure this big long term purchase was just right. The cashing out process was easy and Sidney was just as helpful and made spending a lot of money fun. Its nice to shop were you feel like your business is valued and people are friendly!

We went in looking for a new kitchen island/prep station. When we arrived we were greeted by a man named Matt Taylor. Matt was the best to work with. He listened to all of our needs and came up with the perfect match for what we wanted. He even helped us find the right stools to go with it.
