Does this store even exist anymore? Their website still lists the portland address but im sitting right here theres no store and none od their phone numbers work.
BEWARE -Do not do business with this store at all. Shady business practices. A friend I was with purchased a Futon bed and mattress on Thursday. Was promised delivery on Friday after 4. At 5 on Friday no delivery , called the store, was told we will call the drivers to and call you right back. 5:30 no call back, continuously tried calling until 6 pm when they close. No answer and no call back regarding delivery status. Today, went back to the store to get a refund , was told by Paul at the store he couldn’t refund the credit card without manager approval. The manager is off for the weekend. In the meantime my friend has no bed to sleep on and no money to buy a new one until the money was refunded. stayed at the store as Paul was attempting to call Bob his manager to get “the code” he needed to input on the credit card machine to authorize a refund. I stayed there for almost 2 hours, while new customers heard my plight and left the store before they too became a victim. Eventually Paul refunded my card WITHOUT that pesky code he said he needed. Do not trust them. They are shady business people.
I have never sen such low quality merchandise in my life. Dont waste your precious time going to this place.
Good Prices Fast Service and Friendly Staff
Brought furniture there, lost my couch in wear house, Hot it two weeks after. Drawers that belong to my bedroom set were broken and it has been two months and they still have not replace them. Go somewhere else.
