Awful service!!! Did curbside and took forever to get my order. Then my order was wrong!!! What's the point of being able to customize it if they don't actually do it! They also put bread in my daughter's order instead of the apple she ordered. She has gluten allergy! You really need to staff! I won't be back!
It was fine. The internet at my house has been out for 2 days and I needed to get caught up on work. And I was hungry. When placing my order I asked for a drink twice. It was never rung in. So, I needed to go back and pay for my drink. The internet bounced twice during my 45 minute stay. That was also annoying. But it was a place for me to grab some food and get caught up on work
Never disappointed with the food or service. Love their turkey avocado club sandwiches.
Never enough bread to sell when I get there. Sales clerk threw away heel of loaf I just bought cause she could not fit it in the bag. Wish their fabulous bread were more available all day.
I ordered a half soup and salad, soup was good, i ordered in advance and they were still late, and i got no utensils when i asked for them and they didn’t give me the dressing for my salad, I won’t be going to this panera again
