Unbelievably slow. I went through the drive through today and there were 3 cars ahead of me. I literally sat in line for 20 minutes if not more. The people were nice but it shouldn't take so long.

This location used to have good service, reasonable wait times, most importantly it used to be clean.... When I went a few days back it was only a few cars in line. It took about a half hour for me and 3 cars in front to get just coffees with maybe a hot snack. When I got up to window I noticed a employee not only not wearing gloves while handling food, also touching my food items with ungloved hands, work station was really dirty and looked like it was not cleaned for a day or so. The station where they put hot items had all kinds of food debre piled up and mixed in with other hot foods. Then another health issue is when the employee dropped our food on said area and bare handed it back in my bag only to take cash from me bare handed when I paid. Highly unsanitary and I will not go back again.

Waited in line for over half an hour. Sat at order window for over 15 minutes and not a single person said there would be a wait or a single apology. I wouldn't have minded if someone had at least acknowledged we were parked there with several cars behind of us.

This place is definitely the worst of the worst. Every single day my items are either incorrect or made completely wrong and I am consistently having to either turn back around or just go to another location to have it fixed. Everyday my coffee drink is made incorrectly , especially when ordering through DoorDash I am finding that I have to go back out to have it fixed , more training needs to be applied with staff.
