Innovative Communications

Signed up for service with Andrew Richey. It took over a month to get it started but the actual connection is pretty good. The problem is an extra $100 was taken out of my bank account. I have called several times, left messages and emailed. No one cares or returns calls. Horrible customer service! Will be canceling soon and wonder how that will go.

This companies customer service is terrible. I've paid for ATT WiFi for a month now and they still can't contact me to get it set up correctly. I've called multiple times and have emailed them twice, with no response. The guy who I purchase the service through also is not very friendly, he acts as if it is a bother when you contact him... I would not recommend!!

This guy named Andrew Richey that owns innovative communications promises things that he never lives up to. He was to pay cancellation charges for swithing to his company and told me several times the check is in the mail but I havent seen check and he wont return calls, and now after referring someone they are going through the same situation. I later found that he took my bank card and is charging things fraudulently on it. I would not recommend this crook for anything.

Andrew Richey is a liar and a thief. He had us switch from DirecTv to Dish and bundle with our Hughesnet in June 2016. He didn't pay our fee to switch services like he said, he used our Hughesnet equipment but opened new account we were constantly being called and charged for not returning equipment that we still had to use, he never returned one call out out more than 20 nor emails once he got our money. There are 7 complaints on BBB and they have an F rating. Do not be conned by him. This company does not deserve a 1 star but I had to click something.

Tyler Miller signed me up for Dish. He promised a $50 gift card. He never sent it. Miller is a liar and a con artist. I complained to Dish and all they did was say he is an independent contractor. Don't sign up fir Dish. Avoid this crook Miller.
