Family owned and family oriented i work here and love this job we are a name not a number Mr Stroup takes care of his employees
Their dispatch / customer support, whoever picked up the phone, was very polite. But their drivers seem to need to learn a little discipline. From one truck driver to another, quit making us look bad. This driver was forcing his way into Lanes in the middle of a traffic jam by jerking the nose of his truck at other vehicles while also driving in Lanes designated no trucks allowed.
The owners are great people /
A Time -DC truck driver just honked/ blasted us with horn and was rude truck 28113 driving into Knoxville when we were driving the speed limit. Very disappointing behavior.
