Mr Brummett did not deliver all 5 loads of gravel he was paid for. Repeated attempts have been made to receive a refund for the remaining undelivered loads, will not return phone calls or messages. Had to spend two days at the Laurel Co Courthouse filing a small claims suit which is still an open case against Mr. Brummett. I politely asked him many times to refund the money or I would have to get the authorities involved. I had to get another company to bring the remaining loads to complete the project on time because his equipment broke down when the gravel was needed. Do not waste your time or money.
Mr. Brummett I have put a stop to all Mail that belongs to you, that has been coming to my address. Since you wont answer any calls or comments made for you to change your address through the Postal Services. Also remove all pictures from your sight that contains my home. This was posted over a year ago, I have requested that you have all your Mail forwarded to your new address. Also have requested that you remove all Pictures of my HOUSE removed immediately. The next person that comes to my home looking for you, I will and shall file charges for harrisment. The problem is that come looking for you because of work that you didn't complete. You have 72 hours to correct this issue
