I have used Walmart Pharmacy all my life and I would not go back to the one on Allen Road if my life depended on it. I have had the same medication messed up 3 times in a row. I've had them overcharge and claim they can't do anything about it even though another Walmart Pharmacy did it cheaper. I've had pharmacy techs hang up on me the minute they didn't understand what I was saying. For the record, I was calm with all of them the entire time and they were just entirely incompetent. They literally told me they had two of the same note on a medication I got to make sure it was correct and it was wrong when they handed it to me.

I received truly outstanding service today 2/16/17. They called my doctor to ask to switch out an expensive prescription for a $4 generic - they did not have to do that. They were successful, saving me $51. I also noticed another pharmacist of theirs out in the store, helping a young man who needed advice on an over-the-counter medication. I was amazed to see the high level of customer service. I will definitely be back.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!! The pharmacist wouldn't fill my prescription because he said I was too soon to fill it. My doctor changed the strength of my medication to a lower strength, and according to my insurance company and the DEA it was approved to fill. Then he called my doctor and told on me like I was some kind of drug addict and that I was acting suspicious. I'm lucky I have a very wise understanding and good doctor. This medication I need on a daily basis so I can make a better life for myself and this guy could have ruined my life all because he wants to feel important like he did something good. And that's not the first Walmart Pharmacy with not so smart pharmacists. I'm angry because this guy could have ruined my life because he thought she was doing a good deed and judging me to be a drug addict. Don't use Walmart Pharmacy!! They just might ruin your life.
