I had a facial done by Naela. I thought she was great, she recommended a facial and products that have actually worked for my skin. She was very professional, and focused on my comfort. I have nothing bad to say about her however, I am used to getting facials at another spa for a lower cost that include more service. The entire facial was a cleanse, a mask, and a moisturizer. There were no extractions, no steaming, none of the things that I’m used to that I was expecting. I think Massage Luxe should change their facial procedures and if not, change the prices to reflect all of the services you don’t receive with their VIP facials.

This rating is for checking in. The staff up front is too concerned about commission from new sales. This will cause you to wait a long time to check in for your appointment. Waiting takes away from the time you have paid towards your session.nThe staff that is in the back and cares for you are 5 Stars!
