The facility is great, a very relaxing atmosphere. Receptionists were amazing- I scheduled my first massage and the woman who helped me schedule was really great at setting clear expectations and helping me to be comfortable. At the start of a massage, we went over places I wanted worked on the most, and the least. I thought that I was pretty direct and straight forward about problem areas, and I made it very clear that I was very comfortable with my male therapist- this is a professional massage- so when he spent very little time on ANY of the areas we discussed, and spent about 30 minutes on my arms and hands.. I was really disappointed. I didn’t feel like he had any technique. We also spent 15 minutes on consultation and dressing even though there wasn’t much of anything to discuss, and then he stopped with 10 minutes to go instead of 5 for dressing at the end. The first service was discounted so I didn’t make much of an ordeal of it but I certainly wouldn’t go back unless a friend were able to recommend a specific therapist, I can’t take any chances again.
Great fun and friendly staff. I recommend Amber, she’s incredible!

The massages are so relaxing and I feel really good afterwards.
Absolutely love my massages here! I've had 5 or 6 different specialists over the years and have yet to have a complaint about anyone or anything.
