Called to make an appointment the woman who answered was very hasty with an attitude, it was extremely loud in the background could barely hear her. She asked if I'd been there before when I said no she told me they're booked out till the end of February ud83dude44 That's really hard to believe!!

Let me first start with I'm not from here so I had no idea where to start with salons. I was looking for a salon where I could get my hair, cut, colored, and eventually get extensions put back in. My hair at this point was basically white and extremely fried from bleaching it so much. So I looked up salons and called a few to talk to them and maybe get consultations. I called around and I really didn't get any answers from my first choices, so I left messages with no response. So I called Elements where my call was actually answered! I spoke with Deb (also the owner) who told me I could come in that day.nI went in and Deb was a delight, we got started right, we talked about what I wanted done and she gave me a reasonable quote. I was so unhappy with my hair we started the cut and color that day. The following week my hair came in and we put in the extensions in.nI have never been so pleased with anyone else before. Deb did an amazing job and really listened to what I wanted and did her best to do exactly that. I love my hair now and everyone compliments it. I completely recommend this salon! The prices are reasonable and Deb knows what she's doing and will do her utmost best to do your hair just as you like. I've had my hair done before at Paul Mitchell (color and extensions) and I paid way more for less quality. My hair now looks better than what they did at Paul Mitchell.nSo if you need a cut, color, or your looking for extensions too, this is an awesome place to start your new look!

I’ve been going to Elements for almost 10 years...WOW, just realized that. I generally see Deb for waxing services, and have had a great experience! She makes you feel welcomed and at ease. I would and do recommend everyone going to see Deb at Elements.

Wanted a new look! Came in here for first time w a picture and Debbie the owner gave me a cute fun flirty bouncy haircut! I got lots of compliments and really like it alot!! Will be back for some highlights! ud83dude0a

I go to Elements Spa & Salon for waxes and the owner (Deb) is really reasonable and makes me feel comfortable. She does a nice job so I continue to go back and I have no complaints.
