Jack was VERY helpful and informative with all the questions I had about drinks. Also, I accidentally forgot to mention that I wanted a hot latte, not cold (my fault) and he happily made me a new one. Amazing customer service!
Friendly service, had a good selection of everything. Coffee, Donuts, other cold beverages. It is also combined with Baskin Robins. Best combination ever! You can pick up premade ice cream cake here. Also clean
Apparently the people who work here don’t know the difference between Cheddar and American cheese.
I go daily to this facility and today I had a pre order and of 10 coffees and the worker at the window was rude and told me that I needed to come in and pick up my coffees it would be easier. However it wouldn’t be easier and when I’m by myself and would have to make 2 trips to my car or more. Plus going through drive thru less interaction to expose myself.
I ordered a small hot Carmel craze an hour ago. I got home and the cup was only a 1/3 full. Very disappointing. That’s a lot of money for that. ud83dude12
