Review based on cake order. Went in to place an order for a cake, chose size and design. Employee who helped me was very nice. Day of pickup, the cake didn't have the design I had asked for. I told the employee (different one than on first visit), and she said - oh, the cake person didn't come in today so we did what we could. ud83eudd74ud83eudd26ud83cudffb♀ufe0fud83dude36 Yep, that will be the last time I order a cake there.
This is one of the most incompetent Dunkin Donuts there is... order wrong 80% of the time.
Since July, I have gone there about 9 times, seeking to order mint chocolate chip ice cream, EVERY time they say they are out. They are ALWAYS out of things. Multiple times have I went there at 7:45 asking for ice cream and they have said they close soon and it has all been put away, when they don't close until 9. AWFUL service.
This place never has a full assortment of ice cream. Tonights visit they were out of mint chocolate chip and chocolate chip. I have been before where they didnt have malt powder for making a malt. This place needs better management, or help with ordering enough stock, for sure.
