They have this deeelish country sourdough bread! Love that.nThere are soups w/too much sugar, & too much salt so be sure to ask about them b4 you order. Sadly the prices have risen exponentially since they first opened. You Pick Twos used to to cost $5, now they're $10, $12, depending on what is ordered, And the soup has a much smaller amount as well. Bummer that.
Placed a lunch order at 10:30am for delivery at 11:30 am. Called to check status at 11:40am and was placed on indefinite hold. Called back 2 more times and finally got an eta around 11:50 am. Food arrived finally at 12pm after the employee’s lunch was over. The one star I gave was for the driver who was as upset as we were at the late delivery and failure to communicate.
Coffee is always cold. The staff are nice and willing to make more, but thats 20 minutes. Saturday or Sundays during rushes? Doesn't matter. Never been to a panera that didnt show the time coffee was made and changed out the container every 15-20 minutes.
I love their French baguette. Great for sandwiches or sliced with butter. And just tried their sprouted grain flats. Was perfect for tuna salad. Cafe latte quite delicious.
Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating when I asked to order an item that was no longer on the menu for my mother's birthday meal. They made her very happy!
