Worst customer service. I went through the drive through and ordered one snack in bacon. I got it cold and burned. I went in to get a new one. One lady stared at me eating her lunch, the other three busy and bustling around. 5 minutes later, one notices and gets me a new one after defending her burned cold bacon. She tells me I have to ask for it warmed. I’ve never had to ask for it warmed anywhere else. As each store is a franchise, they were supposed to get back to me. I guess two emails and a phone number wasn’t enough for them to reach me.
Worst experience ever was told whipped cream did not come on the latte .but the pitcher in the restaurant showed it comes on it..then was charged $3.50 for whipped cream

Worst Dunkin' ever I asked him to double toast my bagel they hand it to me practically Raw so I politely asked them to do it right manager gets an attitude and then purposely burns my bagel to a crisp so it's unedible . worst Dunkin' ever and that was the manager ud83dudc4eud83cudffbud83dudc4eud83cudffbud83dudc4eud83cudffbud83dudc4eud83cudffbud83dudc4eud83cudffb
Donuts are dried out and usually cold. Everything else is pretty good
