I love this Dunkin Donuts. It’s near my job and I stop in the mornings. They are very polite and treat me with VIP service. One particular employee, I believe him to be a manager goes above and beyond making sure I have my 2 strawberry frosted donuts with no sprinkles. Thanks for great customer service!
We come here almost everyday, and we get the perfect coffee that Mercy and Rubin make. They’re the best and always welcome us with a great smile.
Sometimes they don't mix the syrups into the drink enough before you get it. Fast service. Glad they wear mask and gloves.
I have never had a problem with this location but I also only ever order a cup of coffee. Well today I decided to order 3 orders of hash browns for me and my boyfriend. The total was wayyy to high and the lady at the window said “it’s because you ordered the medium hash browns” ????? Ok. First of all your MENU doesn’t have sizes!!! Just the 6pc 99¢! Second of all I was charged for 6 orders of hash browns so if a medium is just two regular orders, WHY HAVE SIZES??? Just keep the 99¢ and don’t confuse people. This is the ONLY location I know that does that and to top it off there was a hair in one of my hash brown packages :)
Horrible customer service. Placed a drive thru order for half dozen donuts and specified that I need the one’s with sprinkles. However was surprised rather frustrated to see that not one donut was with sprinkles they just managed to push the donuts that didn’t sell out into my box.
