Food is very good. Tastes fresh and good. Service is good too. Pick up order was ready in minutes. They always put all the needed spoons, forks, knives, napkins. Unfortunately not every panera place never forgets it. Overall experience is very positive. The forgot to put a soup last time and added a bonus “make it two” as an excuse to my account. Customer service asked sorry so nothing to say but good.
The cobb chicken salad with bacon crumbs i had today almost left me without a tooth. The bacon was so hard, probably 1 month old. Couldn’t even imagine the bacon can be that hard. Can’t be chewed is understatement. Will no longer order from here.
Fast and good service very clean and organized place. A nice work team 10 of the 10
The food was decent..No one wipes counters down or dining tables after each customer on the inside. I went outside & was so disgusted by look of the stand/ trash area where used plates go. It was dusty& filled w/ cob webs. I was glad that I asked for my order to go. Overall, simply not a pleasant experience. I won't be back to this location.
