Every time I go to Dunkin donuts in streator it’s always a bad experience. I can’t even begin to tell the ignorance that goes on at dunkin.nAll there employees are extremely slow on the job, pretty much just moving around the kitchen.nThe women is extremely rude to all her costumers.nThe last time i ordered I refused to take the drink becuase of one of the employees were wiping there nose repeatedly and handling food and the women work argued with me about it when we clearly both watched it happen.nJust recently my room mate order and picked food from them and the same results, rude and slow but this time they only put alil bit of coffee in the cup and sent it out the way it was. The ice coffee had no flavor and the food was stale and they didn’t give her the right donuts plus she found I dirty donut.nnI can go on forever about this business from purposely messing up orders to finding dirt on food. Hopefully this review makes a difference. Thanks for reading

Damion is the best barista here! As long as he work here I will continue to come back everyday before work! I just recently learned I can specifically ask for someone to make my drinks and I always like to leave few extra dollars because I ask for someone. Hopefully the employees receive any tips they make!

I love the manager there!! I come all the time & he is always very friendly !! I always look forward to going to see the staff! Great environment, awesome workers, and great coffee!

I used the app to order ahead and the guy looked surprised I was the only one there and he sounded like he was asleep. Horrible coffee too. Usually get way better service up north.

I’ve never had issues at other locations except this one. They are polite but lost. Please train your staff better.
