Friendly staff, good coffee and sandwiches.
The older women during the morning shift are quick and orders are accurate.nnAll of the younger staff are completely rude and mess up orders. They completely have no desire to be there or provide good customer service. Won't be returning because of them.
If I could give a 0 starts I would! Just went in Sunday March 14, 2021. It is currently 1:44 pm. I went inside and was standing there for a while. I told the girl I wanted to place an order and she ignored me. She didn't place my order or anything. I kept standing there until I just decided to leave. So whoever owns this place needs to check the 2 workers (both girls) today that were working there. Just because I didn't go through drive thru doesn't mean I don't deserve to get my order taken!!

You know, customer service is what makes or breaks a business. This Dunkin has always been good about that. I used to live nearby, but moved away. I came to visit family and visited this restaurant on my way back home. The menu didn't have what I wanted, but they made a suggestion and whipped something together custom. As I sipped on my custom-made foofy drink, donning my sunglasses, headed into the western sunlight last night, I experienced the refreshment of knowing someone cares enough to bring their customer some joy. The drink was delicious, just what I needed to survive the long drive ahead. Thanks awesome Dunkin person!
