I don't know why I keep coming here. They give me cold food and idk how they keep the cream cheese good in the bagels they premake and let sit out for 20 min. No wonder I never get extra cream cheese even when i say I'll pay more. Gross. Hopefully the new one on Summit St. shows more promise. Also, not the best or friendliest staff. Feel like im a inconvenience. Speaks volumes about management.
Fast service friendly, but those prices , just keep going up
They just give you what they want to give you. I order ice lattes I get a iced cream. Then they remake it now it’s just over sweet. They do more talking in laughing then actually doing they job. They are closer to my house but I think I will not spend another dime in there. I rather drive to another one. Because they all need more training

The manager here is incredibly rude. Every time I come in she passes me to someone else. I've applied here 2 times and even though I have 5 years experience she hasn't even given me the time of day. I do beleive she doesn't like gay people because anyone else she takes as a costumer she treats way better then me. I will be reporting her to HR. Incredibly rude.
