Absolutely abysmal location. I have gotten ONE coffee from them, three separate instances. Each time, ONE cream, ONE mocha, ONE splenda, and I get 4 of each every time. Of course they cannot do anything because it's all Doordash's fault (how could it be there's?).

That dude at the windows ALWAYS has an attitude, this time he got mad cus I accidentally pulled up too far from the window and was mad he had to reach a little further to grab my card!?? He yelled at me in some tone, and of course I was not going to tolerate and requested my money back. He is horrible.

The older gentleman working the DThru window basically grunts and shoves your items at you. Needs some serious customer service training. I don't spend my money at your place to be treated like an Ahole. No thanks I'll drive 3 mins up the street to another location.

Snacking bacon always burnt and cold. One day I asked for a ice mocha latte. They gave me something else with whip cream on top. I asked what is this she say oh went in took the whip cream off the top with a spoon. So I go for the second time because the first time I said ok they new just opened. I asked for a ice mocha latte again tasted like water. As I try handing it back saying it taste like water. The young lady say if you drank out of it I can’t take it back. I was stuck like what If I said no, what she was gone do with it. To me I’m thinking reuse it just nasty be careful people.

They are always very nice. My daughter loves how generous they are with the cream cheese on her bagels lol My iced coffees are always perfect. I have been here at least 10 times since they’ve opened and every time was a good experience.
