Great service! I been ordering my cakes here for about 3 years now for every ocassion and everyone loves it!! Always so delicious and he does such an amazing job! Also recommend the bread from here! Super good and has a lot of different variety

They have a real original tres leches cakes and their conchas are excelent.

Bad customer service and even the quality of cakes and bread.nI am not complacent but if 100% of the people who buy do not complain about not arguing, wellnAbout 2 weeks ago I went to the store to buy bread and I noticed that some breads were bitten and I asked the girl who works there or said that it was because they grab them with their thoughts and leave them like that !!!! ???? Aha as if it were a mouse bite ??? Well now try to buy a cake and I told the boy can you put something to the cake with letters? Said no! They leave me nothing to put winged cakes! OK no problem. If where do the cakes come from? Ok last, buy a cake and a choco flan. The cake unfortunately had a bitter taste that was not pleasant at all, it was called the store and nobody answered, leave a message and nobody returned the call !!! That was Wednesday afternoon (holidays) ok today Friday the cake was shot and we only took a picture, not so big thing (paid with cash) ok. Well, I go to the store and there is the lady and I tell her how the problem is and I don't have any transaction about that. What was bought was cash ??? Well, he called the owner and I then called you. Haha it was 530 when it happened, he called me about 3 hours later, telling me that he understood me but that he wanted to see the cake because with the same ingredients they made more and only 1% I am complaining bone! Well not doing this bigger was cracking me from customer service and trying to explain without letting me talk. He doesn't know how to treat customers, much less understand them. Finalizing I had to hang because it was not so much because he returned the $$$ but his cake quality !!! We do not buy cakes or bread there again!
