This is the best dunkin in the area!! I go out of my way to go to this location. Food and drinks are always great, they are fast, and very friendly!

Went in 2/16 around 1:30 trying to grab a dozen donuts and was completely ignored by the girl working. She was clearly doing something so I thought I let her finish, but not only was her mask not covering her mouth and nose she came to the register I was in front of to grab something and when I politely greeted her she didn’t responded headed to the back of the store. At that point I just walked right out and took my service elsewhere. That girl just had the nastiest attitude and she needs a new job if she doesn’t have enough common decency to at least say “i’ll be right with you”.

3/6 around 2:07nI’ve always been to this particular Dunkin Doughnuts but today’s experience was not what I used to see in this place, I walked in and asked for an espresso large coffee with some other menu items and the worker gave me 2 little cups and I told her again that I wanted a large espresso and she told me that there wasn’t “such” thing as a large espresso coffee , So I told her I wanted my money back so she called the manager and told her that apparently “I didn’t knew what I wanted” And that I wanted my money back. I’m very disappointed on this place because it’s my local Dunkin Doughnuts but it has also been a place where I’ve gone to almost all my life and have never seen this type of customer service.

This location is the closest one to my house. I have never had a problem with them in the past. This week however, I ordered the DIY Creature Creations kits and was missing some items for the kits when I got home. I wrote an email to corporate and the next morning the store owner contacted me, he was extremely apologetic and asked how the problem could be fixed. Within a few hours the owner was able to find the pieces my kit was missing and have them available for pick up. When I went to pick them up Nabeel were very apologetic when he gave me the missing items and also included some free donuts! This location has great customer service!
