Thank you to Diane, for always going above and beyond. It’s been very stressful now trying to manage the new Covid landscape; she makes sure there’s only enough people in the actual Dunkin store, while managing customer orders as well as the drive-through. I can’t imagine how stressful this must be, but she keeps a smile on her face while taking everyone’s order and does it very exceptionally. I highly recommend this location. I wish I knew the gentleman’s name at the drive thru with the friendly smile, he’s been there for quite awhile - another great employee! Thank you!

Came to this location today waited in the drive thru for 5 mins and no one came to the speaker. Drove off to see that no one was in there. If you’re going to be closed during normal business hours PUT UP A SIGN so customers know. SMH.

They never see the mobile order until I arrive to pick it up. One girl was wearing sandals while cooking food and didnt change gloves between handling ready made food and the uncooked bacon. The guy's mask was a chin strap. The other girl was super nice.

I live the closest to this location and i dont like coming here. Everyone's rude and the coffee sucks. I go to the one off of 90 and State St. just to avoid this specific location. I would not recommend this specific location.

We went after a doctors appointment ready for coffee. We got to the order window and it took us two times to say hello for someone to take our order. After they had confirmed our order, we went to the window to pay. We got to the window and she cracked it so we had to slide our card through the window. She didn’t give us everything we ordered so we said something. She rudely ROLLED HER EYES and gave us attitude. Will not be coming back with how rude the staff was. When we trying to get our order, two girls were looking at us as we were waving our hands to get their attention. Very disrespectful girls.
