I have given this location so much business! And SO many chances! And they just continue to disappoint me! I use my on the go app because I'm always ON THE GO I order with MORE than enough time for my 1 simple order to be ready by the time I get there. I always end up waiting for at least 5 min for my order to be made. It's never ready. Today I ordered at 10:01am from my app. When I pulled up I was the only customer so I was happy because I knew my order would be ready but NO it wasn't. I got back to my car at 10:08 for one drink! So disappointed!

They are always a hit or miss. It depends on who is working. They have made my hot lattes iced many times and then had to remake them. Then today I asked for a signature hot peppermint mocha and I got it and it and it was a plain latte. They must have forgotten to put the flavor in it. I didn’t have time to go back and ask them to remake it so I tried to call and they don’t answer.

If I could leave a zero I would arguing me with about my wrong order and then when using my app should be $3 for my drink but they added cold foam and told me that's how they were taught to charge when no other Dunkin' in area does this. Line is always long, machines are always down, and disrespectful. Ive only been a handful of times, but taking my business to the Dunkin on Randall Rd. In South Elgin, they are 4 stars easily.

This is the definition of poor service. I ordered two items, one drink and one sandwich. Both items were wrong. The drink wasn't ordered correctly, and the sandwich had no sassage on it. Neither items were special ordered and both were right off the menu. I was the only customer in line. The manager himself made the sandwich. After returning to the store I did get the refun for the sandwich, and he, the manager, did try and give me a free one. But after watching how it was made, and seeing the health producures of other employees while waiting, I'll never visit this location again. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!
