This morning my order somehow didn't get processed to this location, even though my gift card balance went down. I appreciate the two ladies who assisted me with my order. Definitely a good start to a Monday morning.

The manager here is SO rude. I’ve been going here for years. I usually place an online order. Today I drove up and wanted to place my order through the drive thru. I got to the speaker and no one would answer. I said hello and nothing. Then I drove up to the window and the manager was there along with another associate. She was SO rude and said talk through the speaker what do you want!!?? Ugh I said nothing and drove off. This is my last time coming to this location. If you want to get yelled at by someone you give your money to this is the place to go.

When I first started the employee’s was very rude!! And always said nasty things n Spanish several days I just didn’t wanna even go in to even work ,It’s always a hassle to get any credentials,Manager sit and office all day on phone,will not help employees,everyone gets different pays, an ants be everywhere all the time. Good luck too the next hire.

Had to throw away my cold brew coffee it was disgusting. They gave me 3 ice cubes. I basically purchased warm iced coffee. Spend your money at any other location EXCEPT this one! The rude staff here did not make my drink with love! Disappointed.

I had a bad experience at this location, with the drive thru order taker not getting my order right, and then being incredibly resistant to fixing it. Plus quality of what I did get was subpar.
