Called to see if they were able to make sugar free cakes as today is my father's birthday and he's a diabetic. The lady that answered the phone began laughing at me. I don't find anything funny about my father being a diabetic if you don't make the cakes that's fine but don't be rude. Wouldn't recommend.
The cakes here are amazing! BUT, the customer service is SUPER rude!!! When I got in, they were talking about me, little did they know I was able to understand what they were saying..(and wasn’t nice what they were saying). I don’t recommend this place to anyone, and that’s too bad because there cakes are good. Oh and they ONLY accept cash. What year are we in again??
Moved to Addison 6 months ago. Visited this gem of a bakery first time today. The shop is so clean, everything beautifully displayed and the service was wonderful. Fraka (I am sure I spelled it wrong) was sweet and helpful. The pastries were delicious! Will be a frequent patron.
Everything is so good!!! Always so yummie & so delicious!!! Reminds me of my Moms Yummie Italian recipes!!! I highly recommend this Amazing Italian bakery to everyone!!!!! Thank you so much ❤
